The Equity
Reserve.

1 E⤴︎ = $1, forever. Nothing mints unbacked: purchases mint against dollars in, work mints against the platform's collected spread, and every dollar the platform makes feeds this reserve. No bank publishes its books like this. The house does.

The two colors, one law: credit earned by work — deals completed, bounties delivered, services rendered — can cash out to dollars; that is the platform paying for work. Credit purchased or gifted spends anywhere in the loop and stays in the loop. The ledger enforces the line; no button can cross it.

The Vault

The reserve that only ever fills. When a member spends earned credit inside the loop, that value doesn't vanish — it flows into The Vault, a reserve with no way out written anywhere in the code. Not for the desk, not for anyone. It only grows. It is the platform's permanent backing, held in the open. If a backed digital asset is ever issued, this ledger is what stands behind it, dollar for dollar.

The Treasury

The pool learns the chain. Part of the reserve buys real, existing cryptocurrency on a licensed exchange — held by the org, attested here, never custodied by the app. Members who finish the Web3 Academy get their first gas on the house.

The Community Fund

Our platform fees go to the cause. The fees this platform earns are donated to nonprofit purposes — taken from the house's own cut, never the paying side's price. It exists for what this platform is supposed to be: developing artists, educating members, and building the community. It isn't any one member's money; the desk awards it for artist development, education, contest wins, and the people carrying the culture. Watch it grow.

The credit-union logic

This economy is built the way a community credit union is built, not the way a casino is. Membership is ownership — one head, one vote in the Control Room. Your record is your asset — 1 E⤴︎ = 100 points, and the points ledger reads like a share account: what you put in through real behavior (work finished, identity verified, community carried) is what stands next to your name. The house's surplus returns to the members — the fees are donated to nonprofit purposes and awarded back for artist development and education, the way a credit union pays dividends instead of keeping the spread. Nothing is handed out and nothing is gambled: the score, the points, and the fund all read the same record.

Reserve dollars are attested by the operator from the platform's bank and Stripe balances and updated with the books above. E-Up credit is closed-loop platform credit under the Equity Uprise nonprofit — not a deposit, not a security, not a floating asset. Coverage means attested dollars ÷ earned-redeemable credit outstanding.
